Here is what you should know about my therapy style:

I believe that the relationship is the most important part of therapy. You need to be able to be comfortable with the person you are working with. It’s a mutual give and take. I follow your lead. I never push or force you to go anywhere you are not ready or willing to go. It is all about you and your needs.

This is why I do this work:

There are so many people going through the motions of life but not really living. That bothers me. I would like people to thrive. For me, helping one person at a time, I can make that happens. Remember the guy throwing star fish back into the sea? Someone asked why he did because he was helping as many as he possibly could. We all deserve to live a joyous, productive, abundant life.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting makes use of ones natural ability through its use of relevant eye position to help one heal themselves. Brainspotting's main focus is the attunement "relationship" between the therapist and the client. Brainspotting therapy works for everyone and is a tool that works in conjunction with other healing modalities. The main goal of Brainspotting is to bypass the conscious thinking process to the deeper, more emotional and body based processes of the brain.

Inner-Child Healing

We all go through positive and negative experiences in life. When negative experiences occur repeatedly (neglect or verbal abuse) or when highly traumatic experiences happen we develop parts of ourselves. Sometimes these inner child parts get in the way of us moving forward because they are stuck in the past. My goal as a therapist is to help you heal your parts so you can move forward in every area of your life to feel good about yourself and everything that you do.


Rates and Insurance

Rates

  • Ongoing Individual Counseling Sessions are 55 minutes in length.

  • Longer sessions are available and the fee is simply pro-rated on the ongoing session fee.

  • As per our consultation fees will be discussed.

Insurance

  • To give my best in every session, I do not contract with any insurance companies. If you would like to seek reimbursements for sessions through your insurance companies out of network benefit.

  • I am an Out of Network Therapist. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

    • Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?

    • What is my out of network deductible and has it been met?

    • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

    • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

    • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment either in person or via telehealth online, and you have not notified me within at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
